If you want to stay on MADB, I suggest you take his/her advice. Avoid Selek--put him on ignore if you can't keep from commenting to him or take the personal stuff to PM. Considering how they've handled others, I actually think the mods have been pretty patient with you, since you've returned. I don't think they want to ban you, but they will if you continue to ignore their admonishments. You decide what you want to do.
Well I've often commented on how uncharitable people are being in their posts over there when I posted. Often. Sometimes I would ask them why they felt the need to be rude to me? I would usually try to resolve it in PMs as well.
The only person that continued to be a complete and total jerk to me over there was Spud and I can just assume that he has some sort of problem with social interaction. That's the only thing I can think of? Not sure what his problem was to tell you the truth - unless of course he just got a bit trigger happy on his keyboard rooting for his team and saw me as the enemy?
Try to resolve it in PMs. I was NOT aware there was a policy of calling people out on their nastiness?
I'm pretty certain I've even made subtle hints to consig and Dr. Steuss that their treatment of a very sincere (umm.. and other things) poster there named JRG was cruel. But I did so without trying to be cruel myself. When people look the other way to cruel treatment of their fellow humans it tells me as much about their character as those that are themselves being cruel.
Ah well. The internet is a very strange thing indeed. I too often recognize that there are humans on the other side of this screen - perhaps to protect myself from pain in any sort of way (amazingly how words on this screen can make you reel!?) I should take Polygamy Porter's advice that we're all just avatars.

Funny thing about JRG is he never even got that he was being mocked. Which I suppose is a blessing. I just couldn't help myself but defend him though. Even though he knew not I was doing it! Couldn't help it!
Ah well, I'm indeed quite an a**hole and try VERY hard not to be one. It's a constant work in progress sort of thingie. Must be that awful shadow thing Gaia was talking about. ;)
