It sounds like Ray A needs to have his "little factory" cleaned by his wife. He must be a gem to hang out with. I thought I was an angry Ex Mo but it appears that I am a lightweight compared to Ray......I'm not worthy......I'm not worthy....Party on Garth....party on Ray.

edited for spelling errors.

Ray A is not married. His wife died a few years ago. That was a painful experience for him. He's raised his children by himself and is their sole parent which I'm sure is stressful for him.

I certainly hope Ray can take some time off and get some perspective....

I think she divorced him before she died. It is a heartbreaking story. Maybe I would be hanging on to my "spiritual witness" of the Book of Mormon, too, if such had happened to me? Who knows?

Hey, Mom! Could you come and change my diapers, please? Hurry! It's wet in here....and smelly!

My favorite line:

Get a f***ing life!

My opinion is that Ray won't deal with his personal internal demons, so he has to construct an external demon to fight. Sometimes it's Mormons, sometimes it's exmormons. There are probably others in real life we don't know about.

Personally, the people I find the most pathetic are those who can't muster up the will power to live true to their own beliefs. If you believe in the church, Ray, live it. If booze is too precious to give up, maybe you need help.

Hey, maybe we should form an anti-defamation league to protect us against the acts of future violence that the hate rhetoric of people like Ray will encourage.
We hate to seem like we don’t trust every nut with a story, but there’s evidence we can point to, and dance while shouting taunting phrases.

The weirdest thing was that someone replied on his blog and totally agreed with him....I'm not sure if the lady was being sarcastic or for real. Sadly I think she was for real.

Sadly there are more than just Ray who have a difficult time dealing with demons. Maybe she was one of his taxi rides? He probably hands out "my blog" cards to all his passengers?

Edited to add: The card is titled "Get a f*****g life, ex-mos!" Then below: "See "my blog" @ spiritual witness.com.

Yanno, Ray and I went rounds for a few pages on MAD where he told me I must be a bad person cause I didn't have Christ in my life. It was a bit disturbing to pop over here and see his behavior. Ah well.

Ray A needs to be reminded that he, too, is an ex-Mormon.

I think he ought to refrain from casting stones until he is sitting in the pulpit and obeying the commandments himself.
"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"

What I want to know is how the "Spirit of America" and Normandy got mixed up in all this...
