For heaven's sake, get a grip. I simply wanted to know if you were accusing Scratch of lying about something other than the supposedly altered PMs.

Beastie is not changing the focus. It's a valid question.

It does look, however, like the substance of the PM was not changed, only the alleged profanity. Nevertheless, it would go a long way to know if one of you was lying about it, regardless of what was being lied about. It would show that winning the argument is not the most important thing and that lying is not an acceptable course of action.

Stop freaking out about this. I think you were right to request that the PM be aired by the mods. That was what made you seem more credible to me in this situation. Stay calm and wait to see if Mr. Scratch will give his go ahead to put the PM up. If he won't, you'll have made your case.
