If you said "I am going to kill him", and I was killed the next day, you can't whine when you get looked on as a suspect.

So again, if you didn't make those emails, I apologize and offer a truce.

If I'm following you, then you are saying that I deserved to be crowned with this extraordinarily disturbing and vile (false) accusation. Is that correct?

Except that I never did anything of the sort. The only thing I am "guilty" of is posting on material which you yourself wrote. You reacted to this by A) threatening me with legal action; B) claiming I had violated copyright; C) uncorking a vicious string of profanities; D) falsely accusing me of sending a "threatening" message.

I'm sorry, Josh, but I fail to see what I did wrong here. I fail to see what I did to deserve such a nasty false accusation as you doled out. (You were very angry. Were you doing that just to lash out at me?)

You know, I am not a moderator, but as a denizen of this discussion board I would like to point out that there is a place for this kind of vulgarity: the Telestial Forum. It continues to boggle my mind that faithful LDS people come here to spread their filthy language. They get carried away by the freedom of the internet. It is really quite shameful.

Can't one copyright one's own photographs even if one is not a professional?

I'm not sure if photographs are the same as other things (i.e. poetry or music), but in the US, anything is technically "copyrighted" once it exists in a physical medium. Enforcing that copyright is a little tough though without it being “registered.”

No, it won't send an e-mail on behalf of another user. It's impossible to send an e-mail via this board as anyone other than the name under which you're logged in.

Yeah, I guess at first I assumed that's what Scratch did. But since Josh said it stripped the headers and didn't have a clear indication of who sent it, I have revised my opinion. I also don't think Scratch would threaten someone's family.
