Am I still accusing you? No. If I were still accusing you and claimed there was an active investigation against you, then your demand would be justified. Now your just obsessed. Move on.
If you need to find out why I thought you did it, go back and read all the posts you targeted at me, and then look at your blog.

Your best way out of this is to:
A) Tell us the name of the officer
b) Admit that you lied
I know that I'm not going to drop this, because I find the whole affair to be staggeringly disturbing/disquieting. I want the truth, and you are squatting in the way of it for no good reason.

I've never read Mr. Scratch's blog before. I love it! I've never been to Infy's site either until today. (I should be making cookies.)
This exact same situation happened on my other board. Really when someone threatens your family you have zero reason to protect their privacy. Wanting to protect someone who, just a few days ago you were calling the police on is suspect indeed.
Insert ironic quote from fellow board member here.

Very well, Mr. Potatohead. If you don't mind everyone thinking that you lied about something as grave as this, and that you won't own up to it and seek repentance, then I guess that's your choice. (by the way: I notice how you changed your story, with the "threats" mutating into "a joke" and then back to "threats" once again.)

I would not drop it either Mister Scratch you have every right to demand the truth from Josh. I doubt you will get the truth from him, he has made such an ass of himself that he has lost all credibility with me.
I find that when someone will not answer a simple question with a easy answer they have something to hide.
You are merely proving the fact that he made the whole thing up and made you the the culprit in his elborate need for attention.
When I wake up I will be hungry....but this feels so good right now aaahhhhhh........

I didn't call the police. I contacted my friend who works in law enforcement to find out if I had grounds to do anything. The person who did it came forward and it turned out to be someone I know. Call me weird, but I really didn't want to make a big deal expecially in my real life.
Lets get real here. I give phone numbers out and then he'll came the guy was a buddy so I got him to lie... Or that I just made up the emails and dragged law enforcement into this big joke.
Do you folks get it? This isn't about truth. it's about Mister Scratch's obsession... That's it.

I'm going to out on a limb here and posit that there is no law enforcement officer. Why the hell would law enforcement get involved with some petty (yes, petty) squabble on the internet? And further, why the hell would this imaginary law enforcement officer then make some "deal" with jskains and the perpetrator which would prohibit jskains from identifying the perpetrator? I can't imagine that there would be any interest in protecting the perpetrator.
Unless and until jskains identifies the perpetrator, I'm going to call b***s*** and operate under the assumption that he invented the episode to satisfy some unknown and unhealthy need.
I'm just tired of jskains' drama clogging up what is normally a very interesting and diverting message board.
I may be going to hell in a bucket, babe / But at least I'm enjoying the ride.
