I'm not bitter Jason, I'm realistic.

Hmmm

I will have to think about that one.

Just a follow up to prior replies in this thread concerning Steve Benson's divorce. He posted today on RFM the following:
It is something I wanted to say at this point, as a matter of record.

I realize that some of you already know about this, some do not--and others, for their own reasons, have been waiting to "spring" the news here or elsewhere.

So, I thought I'd offer it up, by way of my personal confirmation--now, in this place, in the open.

Mary Ann and I have been married for 30 years and have four grown children.

Over time, we realized that our individual paths were taking us in our own, unique and separate directions.

We came to understand that it was time for us to follow our own respective stars in order to be happy in ways only we could determine for ourselves.

Life is what it is.

As it says on the back of my motorcycle jacket, "What a long, strange trip it's been."

But I'm grateful to have made it this far.

I look forward to each new day, with all its challenges and opportunities for growth and fulfillment.

I wish only the best for Mary Ann, as well as for myself.

Rock on. :)

Best wishes to you Steve.

by the way, in my opinion, Ann is only interested in making money by profiting off of the political divide, and I can't personally stand her. But I doubt she has an adam's apple. I bet it's a goiter, which may be causing hyperthyroidism and her unnatural skinniness (which she tries to offset with likely fake boobs).

Mary Ann left the church when Steve did. I haven't heard if she returned, but I doubt it. She was very involved in their exodus.

My understanding is that she chose to follow a different path than Steve that involved spirituality.
The road is beautiful, treacherous, and full of twists and turns.

Does he read this board? Interesting that this shows up now, right after his divorce came up in the conversation. Maybe he has little spies like Scratch does?

I don't think that he reads MD. His audience can be found on RFM. In the four years I've been culling I've never seen him post outside of RFM. Tal and many others (Bob, etc) have moved to PM. Some still post on ZLMB although the board is really dead.
