Copyright question

I was never shown a EULA before or after the temple film. Does this mean there is no legal reason I couldn't record the temple movie?

I think you could legally record the temple movie, but you couldn't distribute it. The best you could do, is as others have done, is to film re-enactments of the ceremonies and distribute those. I don't think the church has a legal leg to stand on regarding the ceremony content. I'm not an attorney though and could easily be wrong.

I'm not sure that EULA is the right term here. Isn't that pretty much just for software?
