Oh, and about Nephi. It was "Nephi is a child" and a call for all participants on the board to come ridicule him. That was disgusting and malicious. Same is seen here. I hope to see you in those threads from now on Scottie since it bothers you so. :)

Yeah, I probably should take up more of a defensive sword on those threads here. I'll try and do better.

Although, I would sure like to see those kinds of threads/posts against board rules.

Well, I wish the more personal attacks would be moved to telestial. I was searching the forums and came across a mod note from Shades about 6 months ago that said any insinuations of homosexuality should be moved to telestial. I stumbled across that, and was surprised to see that since I see that sort of stuff consistently on this board, in this forum. I think the nastier debates (well I just called someone a jack ass! eep! A mod can move it if they deem it necessary) or posts should probably be moved down to encourage more dialogue from the less nastier posters. Guess I'm just a nasty poster at times. Temperamental, is I. :)

Mormondiscussions is a "post at your own risk" site. The mods rarely if ever intervene--unless someone is posting language not allowed in a forum. So, Solomarineris, I think you don't need to worry about the mods meddling too much. And unless you rub one of the cantankerous posters here the wrong way, you probably won't get attacked yourself (and wish a mod would intervene).

I was targeted by one but it was moved. So far Mercury has rejected my advances in that thread though :(

Some of the more colorful posters (Mercury, Porter, and Infymus) throw out the insinuations but they're generally just meant to be conventional insults.

Wade is attacked fairly often. And you're right, I seem to recall there were homosexual taunts.
