Further derailment:

A Florida man is terribly depressed, so he dials up the suicide hotline. He ends up in touch with the hotline's call center in Pakistan.

"I'm suicidal," the man tells the operator.

After a short pause and some background chatter, the operator responds: "Do you know how to drive a truck?"
