For those following along at home here's Stu's translated:

Love me faithfully
See how I am faithful
with all my heart
and with all my soul
I am with you
even when I am far away
Whosoever loves this much
turns on the wheel

The Sun Warms Everything

Omnia sol temperat
purus et subtilis,
novo mundo reserat
faciem Aprilis,
ad amorem properat
animus herilis
et iocundis imperat
deus puerilis.

The sun warms everything,
pure and gentle,
once again it reveals to the world
April's face,
the soul of man
is urged towards love
and joys are governed

Meter and rhyme are overrated, just like "cunning linguist" jokes and most of the books written by John Grisham.

Cunning linguist?

Groovy.

by the way, I don't know if you've ever been to poetryarchive.org, but they have an archive of recordings of poets reciting their own works (i.e. Yeats, Plath, Roethke, Gunn, Eliot, and many, many more).

Since I’m too much of a coward to post more of my own poems, I figure I’ll post something from a site that I peruse on occasion when I need to be reminded that I’m not alone.

There's something wrong with me
I don't know if everyone can see
I've been told its bipolar but I don't really know
I feel some days it really does show
Maybe I have this, Maybe I don't
Maybe I have this, Maybe someday I won't
I Dream a lot, I don't think anything will come of it
It really makes me feel like crap
Sometimes I act like a two-year-old
This crap sticks out, its really bold
Maybe I have this, Maybe I don't
Maybe I have this, Maybe someday I won't
I don't know if the way I act is really my Disease
Someone tell me please, someone tell me please
I can see the way I am is very different from others
Even when I look at myself compared to my Brothers
Maybe I have this, Maybe I don't
Maybe I have this, Maybe someday I won't
I'm damned sick and tired of Me
So too everyone else must be
Why did my mom even have This birth?
Why the “F” was I put on this earth?
Maybe I have this, maybe I don't
Maybe my Disease is nothing at all
Maybe I'm just acting off the wall...

That one seems very similar to some of the poems I wrote in darker days...maybe I need to post some more poems on my blog (I sure ain't posting them on the board).

Ah, why not? Do you not like to be the brunt of gossip while people call you complex (code word for nuts) and Twitter about you? Give it a try!

Good fun!

There's still discussion going on about whether or not I'm nuts? I thought that gossip passed into law with universal approval.

None of us are alone. No matter what it is -- it's not in isolation. All it takes is one brave voice to morph into a crescendo of voices.

I'll have to check out that site. Thanks for sharing it, Doc.
