A quote from that thread, from a poster I've never seen before named Trencher7I really worry for the CARMites. Every day they tend to exhibit more cultlike behavior. More and more they ban opposing views and prevent their posters from being able to see outside influences that might shake their own sheltered beliefs. Isolating your members is a true sign of a cult.
Oh man, that is CLASSIC! How did the Juliannites react?
So many signature-worthy quotes in one day--Oh my!
"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"

Well, I know that one of the basic MAD maneuvers is to try to minimize the critics' voice in whatever way possible, but what is odd about this is that by linking all these debates, I was giving readers an opportunity to read how apologists try to refute my points. They must not have a lot of confidence in their performance in these threads.
It's also strange that they acted to block links IMMEDIATELY. They must be watching it pretty carefully.

We hate to seem like we don’t trust every nut with a story, but there’s evidence we can point to, and dance while shouting taunting phrases.

I have no personal animosity nor obsession against Juliann. In fact, I rather like her, because I can see and understand her point of view as well. And failing to do so is what creates the barriers, and the prejudice. I know Juliann is MDB's "dart board", but I'm not one interested in throwing the darts.
Juliann gets what she gets because of what she gives, not because she's some sort of target. Nobody paints a bullseye on her; she does that herself.
