You seem to be suggesting that the way to avoid shame is to post anonymously. Given the kinds of shameful things you write, I can see your point. But, there is no call for you to project this onto all anonymous posters, and certainly not those who post under their real names. ;-)

Thanks, -Wade Englund-

Willfully misunderstanding now, Wade? Been reading a lot of charity lately?

I'd be interested in you citing an example of something I've written that you think is shameful.

I was cracking a joke. Sorry you missed it. (Hint: see the smiley face at the end of my comment)

Hmmm... yeah...

I still don't get it. Let me try it out in reverse and see if that helps:

You should be ashamed of yourself.

Hmmm... I guess it's kind of funny.

Try looking at your avatar while saying it, and see if that helps any better. ;-)

That does help, actually. When I say that to myself, it cracks me up every time.

I like posting under my real name, but then I like when other people do, too. It makes me feel like I really know them.

Oddly enough, my name really is Skippy The Dead. Go figure.

Are you feeling better Wade?

Does it matter if one post's under their real name? I think you just need to link a personality with a username. Hey. Shouldn't that be AN user name, because user begins with a vowel. I suppose in this context it is only semi vowel because it sound like 'y' as opposed to 'u'.

I've been feeling great all day. Thanks for asking.

Does it matter if one post's under their real name?

It doesn't matter to me, though it apparently matters to Some Schmo.

I think you just need to link a personality with a username.

I'm all for that. Whose personality would you like me to link to your user name: Joan of Arch, Hillary Clinton, Mother Teresa, Squeeky Frome, etc.? (Just kidding)

Don't ask me. I have trouble enough with spelling, not to mention grammar. ;-)

LOL

No, I don't care either way.

I only said it in response to all of crock's comments related to the topic. Wasn't even thinking of you at the time.
