Who/what the Hell are the "Aquabats?" Are they Mormonism's version of Devo or something?
"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"

Joyce McKinney has no doubt enjoyed more celebrity post-kidnapping in the U.K. than here, particularly with her *ahem* adult ventures and tabloid appearances.
Brian David Mitchell, the kidnapper of Elizabeth Smart, was semi-well known as a street person prior to kidnapping the Utah teen, and also appeared as Lucifer in live sessions at the Salt Lake Temple prior to that. In that sense, I suppose you could consider him a celebrity. Or not.
The road is beautiful, treacherous, and full of twists and turns.

Ska band out of Socal. 2 members were Mormon. Great music if you like quirky Devo-esque theatrics.

Paul Boyer—atheist former Mormon Nobel prize winner.
Laurel Thatcher Ulrich—often spurned, yet active LDS Pulitzer Prize winner.
Jack Anderson—Pulitzer Prize winning journalist gadfly, the Church never knew what to do with him.
Steve Benson—Pulitzer Prize.
Kip Thorn—Internationally known scientist and ex-Mormon
Martha Beck—Remember her?
There have been quite a few Mormon playmates and porn stars, but we don' t need to name them here, do we?
