LOL...I just thought of the movie "O Brother Where Art Thou" and the scene where Delmar O'Donnell says "O George, not the livestock" when George "Baby Face" Nelson shoots some cows.

PP is right. God is the killer of the Bible. Even when the Assyrian armies destroyed Israel the Bible says, "Doth the axe boast against him who hewith?" Meaning that, even when the righteous are destroyed, they are destroyed at the request of God. When "Satan" killed Job's family, it was at the request of God.
Don mentioned these orders have ceased as far a scriptoral backing has it. But, remember the "prosperity cycle". When the saints get cocky and forget to pay their rents, God brutally punishes them. He's a low-life mob boss, nothing more.

And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10:28

It would be interesting if a meteorite the size of a bus took out Salt Lake City - I guess God was going after Monson or Infymus - you would never know.

He inspires people to rape and kill. Add that up.
Would you like to factor in spiritual deaths?
Satan causes suicide? Oh dear lord. Well, Masada comes to mind, as well as other countless and varied historical, psychological, emotional, and economic situations which have produced suicides.
