Yes, you read that right. Jersey Girl, through the kindness of her heart, has volunteered to become a moderator, which will no doubt be a great help to Bond, Liz, and myself.

Now, I know that a few people here may be less than fond of Jersey Girl (you know who you are), but rest assured: I put her through a RIGOROUS screening process, and she passed. She also agreed to strictly adhere to my moderatorial modus operandii which I explicitly spelled out in a PM to her. Therefore, I am confident of her ability to be FAIR and impartial when in "moderator mode."

As I said elsewhere, every moderator is brought onboard on a "trial basis." If you have any concerns or complaints about Jersey Girl's moderation (or even Bond's or Liz's moderation), send me a PM and we'll work things out. (If you have any concerns about my moderation, send Keene a PM.)

So, again, WELCOME ABOARD, Jersey Girl!!

This is good. Now Shades just need a 2-3 more moderators for adequate coverage and to make the burden lighter for existing moderators.
