In a series of pm's Mercury has been complaining that I don't respond to his posts on the board. So he came off board to taunt me about it.

I told him I didn't care to join in conversations where the main line of discussion was always "You are a poo poo head." I hadn't seen any post he aimed specificially at me that was anything but an insult.

"Charity has to wait for someone to tell her what she believes."
"Charity deserved to be culled from the herd along with others."

You get the idea.

In the latest pm he said this: "I have many examples of feelings you express, a hate speech of sorts, scratches the surface of the childish and sinister nature embodied in the True Mormon World View. I feel you exemplify what a good Mormon should preach, hate and further self aggrandizement."

So, here is Mercury's chance to say on the board what he wants to say to me, so we can all see. I have little hope there will be anything but what he has said.

I would like to see examples of "hate and further self aggrandizement. And what any of you think is the "childish and sinister anture embodied in the TMWV.

But just so Mercury can't say I won't answer him. I will answer any post that is not an insult.

Gloves are off. Ready for it?

Because Mercury felt compelled to follow me off the board to continue insult me in pm's. If you don't want your words published, don't say them.

Charity, a few months ago I was deleting approximately 90% of the PMs I was receiving. I assumed the individuals sending me these PMs would get the message that I did not desire communication. That worked. It's a suggestion.

You can just fail to reply to them. I see no reason to post them on the board.

I agree, unless you have permission. I've received PMs (for some reason people respond to my threads with PMs to me instead of replying on threads sometimes!!!) and I'll ask them to post their thoughts on the boards -- but I don't do it for them!

dared me to posted to him? I don't know what your poor grammar is insinuating but I never said it was cool for you to post PM's. Your behavior is insulting, not my responses to your posts. For those interested, here is what I responded to Charity with:

You never say anything to me on the board that isn't insulting. I prefer to engage in discussion of ideas. "You are nothing but a poo poo head" doesn't appeal me. If you say on the board that you will refrain from insulting and name calling on a topic, I will engage any idea you present.

I agree with your reasoning. But your labels are very skewed. I am not who you think I am but I know exactly the type of person you are. I know what motivates you and what you fear. I know this because I fear much more important things and what motivates me is justice and righting the wrongs ans squaring up poor opinion.

Heres the thing, Charity. I find your comments very offensive. The only reason I posted your comments detailing poor choices of aggressors in a new thread

My immediate family loves me along with a majority of my extended family. The family members who do not share a Mormon world view have no problem with me. The ones who do are cagy and less likely to stay in Contact.
