The church doesn't have a mind, so how can it be? The leaders/founder can be though!

I don't understand how this is a breech of ethics. Could you please explain?

LDS church is a religion, with millions of members, so are the Moonies, JW's, Scientologists, Orthodox Jews.
I have no symphaty towards none.
Still you cannot make a blank statement like that. Doing so, you put everybody in the same category.
If I was a member, your Q. definitely would offend me.
I don't find such labels productive, because If i believed you, then I wouldn't hire any of these people to work for me.
If you live in America you should still believe in "the individual", not the CULT

b. gross and persistent attitude of irresponsibility and disregard for social norms, rules and obligations;
c. incapacity to maintain enduring relationships, though having no difficulty in establishing them;
d. very low tolerance to frustration and a low threshold for discharge of aggression, including violence;

f. marked proneness to blame others, or to offer plausible rationalizations, for the behavior that has brought the patient into conflict with society.

Is the LDS Church a psychopath?

The LDS Church is not a person. So no, it cannot be psychopathic.

Ahh I should have read on. You beat me to it. :)
