I'm afraid to look over at MAD...is Juliann trumpeting that same tired line about how critics say "everything has been found" and well looky here if we didn't find something new! Another critical argument destroyed by the torpedos of the mighty Frigate Juliann!

This could redesign the history of the country.

This could be some apologists new sigline. lol.
WK: "Joseph Smith asserted that the Book of Mormon peoples were the original inhabitants of the americas"
Will Schryver: "No, he didn’t." 3/19/08
Still waiting for Will to back this up...

I don't care if they find horse drawn chariots next to a steel foundry (it'll never happen). There is no evidence coming even close to validating the core development of the document, its inception and the character of those involved with its concoction.

If she's not yet, she soon will be. I've never known her to relinquish a truly bad argument.
We hate to seem like we don’t trust every nut with a story, but there’s evidence we can point to, and dance while shouting taunting phrases.

It doesn't matter what was found in Peru. The book is a 19th century copy and paste job by multiple authors.

I don't think the timeline fits. THe archeologists did not date the ruins to shortly after the Lord confused the languages at the tower of Bable. In fact, 5500 years ago puts it about 1000 years before the Jaredites, If I recall correctly. So close, yet so far away.

Great news for those of us who believe that a vast extra-terrestrial civilization inhabited MesoAmerica circa 600 BCE to 400 CE. They'll find the evidence for this civilization yet. It's only a matter of time.

Jason, take out your Bible and compare passages that are "plagaristically" similar. Done. There is your evidence.
