Yep, comments on personal appearance are unhelpful to say the least. It is ironic, however, that I never would have seen Bond's comments had Dr. Peterson not brought them up over there. When the thread devolved into a back and forth between the two of them, I asked them to close it.
I'm glad Runtu closed the thread before DCP ran out of mythological pretty boys to compare me too.

This isn't the first time either. The first time he ever interacted with me was a thread on MAD about South Park or something where he showed up and jumped me for some offhand comment over here. Frankly every time he talks to me (probably a total of 3 or 4 times including the most recent time) over there it is because he read something I wrote over here. I mean jeez......he goes into Dog the bounty hunter anytime I write something about him. Complete with the stupid chastizing speeches after the initial takedown.

That Ganymede reference was quite something, huh? Still, I think Dr. Peterson was trying to give you the message that you hurt his feelings, although he might not come right out and say it.
Usually what I do when I find out that I have injured someone's feelings is apologize and try to clear the air. There is too much hurt in the world to add to it unnecessarily.

Well, it's always been rather obvious DCP is a bundle of insecurity. I'm starting to think it's part of the recipe for idiotic apologetics. I mean, DCP is the epitome of overcompensation. Truly confident people don't act like he does.
Admittedly, if I looked like him, I'd be pretty sensitive about it too. He's definitely got a face for radio.
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.
Hmm..... honestly, I don't like the threads where a picture of a poster (and DCP has been a poster here -- most likely will not happen again) is put up to snicker at their physical characteristics.
Our words, and thoughts, that we type should be enough to understand a person. I think there are some hideous people at MAD, and here -- and most of them I've never seen a picture of. :)
About bond being a god -- hmm... a few thoughts there. Bond certainly (as far as I'm aware -- and I think I'm pretty aware of it!) doesn't believe he's a physical perfection of male godhood. I like bond, I consider him one of my best "online" and "offline" friends -- so perhaps knowing more of his personality I don't see his comments as being so hateful as DCP took them to be. I don't know why Bond's comments were any more vile than what else was said on that thread. Quite likely the entire thread was insulting to DCP and that DCP was able to chide the only participant that was posting on the MAD board.
