So have you ever needed help and comfort from anybody? If you did ever experience such a need, and that help was actually given, did you say "well, I suppose you felt the need to help me"?
This evidence of emotional and moral (what can I say?) 'undernourishment' on your part makes your opinion on quite a range of matters markedly less interesting. That is a handicap on a discussion board, I'd say.
There is nothing "drama queenish" about asking for moral support when your child may have cancer. You have children. If you were worried about something similar, you would receive support here if you needed it.
