Hi Nehor,
A lot of us who Post here now, used to Post on the "FAIR"/MA&D Message Board. However, the Moderators banned a lot of us over there, including me, The Brackite. Now there are some of the MADites over there, who are obsessed about the CARM Message Board.
For an example of this, Please Check Out and See:
Daniel C. Peterson is still Posting away on that Discussion Thread over there, even as we still type here. Here is a statement from Daniel C. P. from that Last Post of his, on that Discussion thread over there:
Oliver Cowdery wrote the testimonies out in his hand, and they have been published in every edition of the Book of Mormon since 1830.

I think it is akin to cars slowing down to look whenever there is an accident on the freeway. That and perhaps that the goings-on at MAD are inherently interesting.
Besides, Tarski was referred to before as being safe from banning because he was such an integral part of the critic structure over there. This suspension is therefore a novelty.
The fact is that even the heavy-handedness of the mods, which including not only outright bias against critics, but periodic "weeding out" of critics to keep the ratio of believer to nonbeliever high, has not succeeded in making believers feel good about MAD. Judging from the frequent comments about "cleaning up the board" and increasingly stringent restrictions, believers still feel frustrated. I believe they're frustrated because they're holding the s**t end of this particular stick, but I'm sure they disagree. Perhaps they are just chronically frustrated people, even when administering stellar arguments that completely confound critics and leave critics looking like fools. (snort) So whatever the reason, believers are still unsatisfied, so more and more critics will be at risk, including those previously considered pretty safe.
They want to feel like they're winning, to put not too fine a point on it. Obviously that's going to take some rigging.
We hate to seem like we don’t trust every nut with a story, but there’s evidence we can point to, and dance while shouting taunting phrases.
I predict that either over there or over here, a certain someone will say, "I didn't ask for anyone to ban Tarski, he's a bright fellow and often I've enjoyed his input. It's stunning how a certain crowd at another message board that will not be named finds a way to blame these incidents on myself. I truly am amazed."
When, as we all know, what happens is, if someone like Tarski is allowed to tell it like it is, a certain someone will grapple and become frustrated, and as history has taught us, he will eventually get mad and leave the forum. So it's really no shock that the admins of the FAIR/MAD board rush to throw any voice of reason overboard, fearing that their only contributor who posts above the sixth grade level won't be able to deal with it.
Daniel C. Peterson has still been Posting away on that Discussion thread, over there. Here is part of his latest Post, from that Discussion thread, over there:
I'm curious about The Apologetic Rationale on this question.
I know of none.
I don't know why the plates were taken. I can only speculate -- though, in point of fact, I don't speculate much on that matter -- and don't know of anybody else who can go beyond speculation.
