Man, I need to get caller ID, so I know what to expect when next I get a call from my bishop.
Wait a sec.... You're not actually anticipating a Church court, are you, Harmony?

My faith in the anonymity of the internet remains firm. So few people know who I really am, I am have no fear of such a thing. However, I find it interesting that both you and Shades, independent of each other, came to the same conclusion after reading what my nemesis wrote. I doubt she even knows she's channeling me, though.

Indeed. Y'know, I've always been impressed with how tactfully she "gets to negatives" but oh-so-carefully "back[s] into it and walk[s] around it" when conversing with harmony and beastie.
"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"

Juliann doesn't like women who refuse to play by her rules. Those Mormon Manners get kicked to the curb pretty quickly when that happens.
I keyed in on this sentence from Juliann on the FAIR blog:
I know that I will be safe and welcome in our Mormon world within a world if I extend the same manners to others regardless of our idiosyncrasies or ill conceived words.
Do you think this is something that may soon be instituted at MAD? Would they let me become unbanned if they were to extend these same manners?
I am also heartened by the quote she gave about non-elitist rhetoric being needed. I thought that push for Ph.D status being a requirement over at MAD was misguided in the first place. All power to the disenfranchised, as Juliann and I would both say.

We actually agreed, more than disagreed, on many of these women's issues. This is why, when the rift between us occurred, I was so hurt.
Frankly, I'm glad that Juliann is posting these things, and trusting more of her "real self" to shine through.
I think that if her view is accepted, it will be a better thing for the MAD Board.
I wonder how long it will take her to shed those Mormon Manners and revert to form, once she realizes she's channeling harmony? The Juliann I know so well hasn't a clue about Manners, Mormon or otherwise.

It would be if Sis. Beck had a different anatomy. I mean it's not like she's part of the church leadership. Would Julianne have had such a strong public reaction to this if Holland or Uchtdorf would have given a similar talk? But Beck is fair game because she ain't one of the lord's annointed, right? She and her puppet calling are just a tool for the brethren.
