Yeth, it's down. All the non-US mirror sites on God's green earth are timing out at the moment, too.

If it's an inside CoS proprietary-inspired hack, it's massive.

I'll keep the board posted.

Meanwhile, I'm attempting to figure out a way to FTP the file to a neutral 3P hosting site for easy download.

That used to be easy. Now, folks want me to pay money. Not gonna happen.

Weird! My computer tells me that the pdf file is damaged and cannot be prepared. I wonder what is going on. Does anyone have a working copy?

I've got a copy, but I probably can't get it to you if you use a web-based email provider (yahoo, hotmail). At nearly 17 Mb, I've gotten undeliverable error messages when trying to send it.

Gmail might be able to handle it.
