Sitting in the chat room today talking about drugs and spirituality (a spin off of the Drug Pusher thread, I guess), I got to thinking about Robin.
Apparently, no one in the chat room was here or remembers her, so I'll give a little bit of history.
We were discussing, here on MD, the uses/benefits of drug-assisted spirituality/meditation. Robin got her knickers in a twist and called me worthless human and a junkie making excuses.
So I turned her post around on her except substituted her belief in God for drugs.
I also offered a challenge. I'd go cold-turkey clean of all substances if she'd do the same for God and all things religion. After a few months of badgering her, she accepted.
We would each go cold turkey on our chosen drugs from July until Christmas of. . . I want to say 2006.
We had a journal-like thread that we each kept with our thoughts on the experience. And in the end, if I remember correctly, Robin concluded that she didn't need religion/God and was a better person for it.
So, here's my question. . . Does anyone happen to know what Robin's been up to? How she is doing? Anything?
Help a fellow out!

Hopefully is well and in good health. But how are you doing? Have you kicked the habit? -

She registered here on the new & improved board and made one post. If you'd like to find out what she's up to, why not e-mail her? Just click on the following link:

"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"
