But hey, they aren't Mormons, nor are they related in any way to the Mormon Church. I downloaded this picture too when I saw it. Very interesting.
Mormonism ceased being a compelling topic for me when I finally came to terms with its transformation from a personality cult into a combination of a real estate company, a SuperPac, and Westboro Baptist Church. - Kishkumen

The FLDS believed Joseph Smith, BY, and the other prophets who stated that polygamy would never leave the earth. They held firm to the teachings of the church.
The LDS broke away from these teachings with the advent of the official declaration denouncing polygamy.
