Well, I thought he may be protecting you. Yet, I didn't think I was attacking you in any way whatsoever so why the need to defend? I mention what YOU do after being accused of making more sexual come-ons on this site than others apparently. It's just not true.

Yes, I flirt and tease. It has nothing to do with my being a Mormon or not being a Mormon. I grew up in California. My parents were very liberal when discussing sex, and I've never been ashamed or embarrassed when it came to talking about it. I have always had more guy friends than girlfriends, so I tend to be as juvenile as the guys at times when it comes to innuendo that I find humorous. (Edited to add--One of my favorite movies is "Animal House") The men on the site I choose to flirt with are men who I have gotten to know in chat and via email, and genuinely think are nice guys. They don't take me seriously, and I don't take them seriously when we're just being silly. I have, however, also been able to carry on serious, meaningful discussions with these guys.

I'm not a prude about sex, Liz. Hell I grew up in JAPAN -- California has NOTHING on Japan with sexual liberation. I don't like men being PIGS! Some of them have been.

Frankly, I have not seen the guys here as being any worse, and some quite a bit better, than I have seen on other discussion sites.

Were you aware that I had a thread about after leaving the Church if all the ex-Mos would be promiscuous and addicted to drugs? Scottie popped in and said something along the lines of "What you mean you aren't?"

Do you know I was asked what I was wearing, in Celestial, when I was talking about pleading for God and was in the midst of a traumatic moment? Did I reply mean. No! I just reeled.

I just reeled on this site over and over and over again. I'm not a whore. I'm tired of being treated like one. I'm tired of when there is a list of posters and I'm not even on the GODDAMN thread and people say is Moniker in the middle of Scottie and Bond?

I'm tired of men coming behind my posts being lewd to me. Some I know are being flirtatious -- others need to shut the “F” up! I don't appreciate and I CERTAINLY do NOT ask for it in ANY of those instances I mention above and COUNTLESS others. And those are just the ones on the board.

I suppose my view of this site is a little different. I view it as more of a "bull session" as opposed to a formal corporate meeting.

Well, perhaps that I grew up about cultured people and those that treated women with the UTMOST of respect (you wouldn't believe what natural feminists punk boys are!) that this is overwhelming for me.

I certainly don't feel that I have "invited sex" in any type of real sense.

I never said you did. Yet, men apparently think I have! It's 'cause I'm a whore -- you're the madonna.

As far as the "Tales of the Goddess Suite" thread goes....I created it in the Telestial Forum because it does get a little rank. It's definitely not intended to be high brow. At the same time, it was simply designed to be silly and fun. No one has to participate who doesn't want to. Actually, most of the current activities are on a thread on Kevin's board.

I don't care about your goddess suite thread. It doesn't interest me and I don't give a flip if you do it or don't do it. What bothers me is the thought that I'm asking for it.

Well, the next time someone says I'm asking for their lil peckers I'm going to tell them what the hell is up. I felt sorry for some of the men and kept my mouth shut 'cause I didn't want to hurt their feelings.

I may be closer to realizing it if I was actually 28. But I'm not. Maybe in a few years I'll be closer to realizing it.

As far as acting like an old woman, I don't see the correlation, so I'll have to just take your word for it.

Don't fool yourself. Tit-for-tat is a universal human phenomenon, and is very useful.

Aside from that, moniker brings up another point. Some of this inappropriate behavior is going on "behind the scenes". I think moniker is right, I think some LDS and even exLDS view her as a "fallen woman" of sorts, due to her past as a dancer. Think about it. Many LDS were even taught to view female CONVERTS with some suspicion. much less someone who was an exotic dancer.

And, of course, they suspect she is beautiful, which she is. So, while disdaining her, they still desire her, but are treating her in ways they would never allow anyone to treat their sister, or daughter, or wife.

It's the same old story. Puritanical obsession with dirty sex and dirty women, combined with feeling superior to women.

by the way, I want to emphasize how sorry I am that some men now think there might be something wrong with their behavior, when there isn't - like Steuss. That really was not my intent, but is my fault. But it also seems to me that part of the reason men like him AREN'T the problem is that they were willing to evaluate their own behavior to make sure.

Not sure about what it says about the fruits of my Church, but it does tell me something about the kind of message boards you frequent. They must be a pretty clean bunch, they.

Not to mention that you often play along by making sexual jokes yourself. Oh, well. Harassment is only harassment when you don't like the person harassing, it seems.
