When I attended the Unitarian Church, they used to hire a piano player. Could it be something like that?

Yup, JAk plays those church pipe organs. He'd be best to elaborate on that if he ever sees the thread. I believe J.G. is right that he did get to play the organ for the Mormon Tabernacle, to check it out.

I went to an Orchestra/choir/opera concert on Saturday, there was a beautiful organ there, not quite as elaborate as in the MT, but still beautiful all the same and some of the voices were just amazing. The orchestra movements were exciting. It was about war, the men were getting ready to fight and as the was got more and more involved it got louder and louder until a climax, then the war was over, the choir sung the composer's version of agnus deo, the change was amazing and the climax HUGE. I liked it so much, then the women sung about the death of people, the the last song in praise of the Lord. The piece as a whole was awesome, in sepereate peices was a bit morbid, but when it got to the end and I realised it was a story, I was like Ohh. It was great. I am so going to something like that again.
