I liked the first Matrix and enjoyed the sequels to some extent (the dialogue was especially terrible in the third one). I see the trailer for Speed Racer and all I can think about is LSD or shrooms, neither of which I have ever taken. I intentionally watched Cloverfield on DVD on my small TV, after I heard that people got motion-sick from watching it in the theatre. It still made me sick. I swore I'd never see another movie like that after watching the two Bourne sequels in the theatre. I left with migraines. I'm convinced that Speed Racer would kill me; my head would explode like that guy in Scanners.

The Matrix flicks are poop. I guess the wachowskis are just a-holes.

I only saw the first matrix movie and hated, hated, hated it. Humans as bio-batteries, but needing a dream-reality for their brains to pass the time? (Bacteria could be bio-batteries, too, and they aren't sentient.) I have yet to encounter a dumber sci-fi premise.

And Morpheus ain't no Yoda.
