Kids who think about masturbation this much could probably use some parental guidance before they reach the point of being "at risk" children.

You mean we shouldn't talk about masturbation because we are not Mission Presidents?

But people like that explicitly state that the LDS deity does not allow the missionaries to convert people because the missionaries masturbate. They are the ones who make it an open issue. Do you think your deity really works that way?

If not, why are missionaries told that he does?

If you don't like people talking about masturbation in connection with your religion, maybe you need to change to a church whose leaders do not address large audiences of young men on that topic, and who do not (as bishops) ask young people to talk on a one to one basis about whether they masturbate.
