Anyhow, even if someone is mocking God, wouldn't it be better to let God worry about it rather than getting all worked up over it ourselves?
That's General Leo. He could be my friend if he weren't my enemy.

I muse whether He feels mocked because He has such difficulty being understood by nearly all of His children.

You'd think that of all the things God commands, He has yet to conquer the art of communication.

Like it's our fault that he hardly makes a lick of sense, no?

Why would God feel insulted by our actions when we do not intend insult?

Why is it that some see gay marriage as mocking God? Does the same animosity exist for adultery or fornication (a couple of teens messing around)? How about for those who mock God by pretending to have His priesthood or authority? Is it a mockery of God to focus on work so much that one is a bachelor? Is it mocking God to get married but to choose to have no children?

What does it mean to mock God?
Gay marriage is a sin againist God and Nature. Deal with it!

"Pa Pa" hath declared it to be so! Because of his decree, we must now all "deal with" the indisputable fact that gay marriage is a sin against God and Nature.

What is "Pa Pa"s reason for making such a declaration? The fact that some other guy declared it 200 years or so ago. His source? Another guy making the declaration a few thousand years ago. "Pa Pa" presents no evidence, no rational discussion, just a hubristic assertion that he knows the mind and will of both God and Nature.

What would the world do without these intrepid declarers of fact? How would we know what to do, what to think, who to persecute without "Pa Pa" and all the other brave declarers?
