I'm sorry, this is really not well done of me. He can't help what his momma named him, but DAMN! That's so danged funny!
I know - I was trying to be big and not mock. But it is irresistible, isn't it?
*bow chicka wow wow*
Tsk tsk, girls. And by the way: it needs to be said that CI/Lance Starr posted as "Pentatach" (sp?) on ZLMB.
Of course he did. And I mean really... maybe some of his snarkiness is because of his name. Kinda like the Boy Named Sue. I mean it's really... really... *giggling hysterically*... Lance Starr???? Oh my. The poor guy!
Are you all sure that's his REAL name??? When I saw it, I assumed it was another pseudonym, and I would not be surprised that CI would choose one that sounded like a porn name. And yes, my first reaction was also that it sounded like a porn name.
We hate to seem like we don’t trust every nut with a story, but there’s evidence we can point to, and dance while shouting taunting phrases.

I suppose all participants could have simultaneously lost interest. Too bad. I was enjoying the clusterf**k.
I didn't respond because to do so would be foolish. Juliann clearly had enough of my suggestions and it was best to drop it if I want to maintain posting priviledges there.
IF I had responded, I would have pointed out that it wasn't I who characterized it as "criticism"--it was Ardis and her comment on criticism was in Juliann's original post. Also, I didn't "elevate it to a cyberwar"...I said "preparing for cyberwar" and I said it because of the comments on the blog where others described it that way. However, if I'd defended my comments against her complaints, she would have just gotten madder at me--so I dropped it.
I suspect LOAP also dropped his comments because it was clear only opinions which agreed with her position were being welcomed.

It is, indeed, his real name. Google can help you find his professional listings.

Oh my. That ranks right up there with the mother who named her son Perry Winkle.
