I know that we exmormons tell people to think outside of the box, but this time think inside the "the box".

I think it's just a representation of a guy who takes the board too seriously.

I don't really like his avatar, and try to avoid looking at it when I'm reading posts. That's coming from a guy who has played many video games where other players are blown up in "pink mist" type rocket explosions and the like, so go figure.
