If I'm not mistaken, it needs to be pointed out that evolution happened over a long period of time, and while the advantages of being gay in today's society might be interesting, they don't answer the question as to how gay tendencies have survived up to present time across all cultures.

I already did chime in on Jason's opinion. To me this opinion seems completely arbitrary. He accepts the possibility of inborn homosexual and heterosexual tendencies, but he draws the line at bisexual tendencies. Why? It is up to Jason (or you, if you agree with this opinion) to put forth an argument that supports this point of view.
