Sheesh. Wee Willie isn't even original.

Here's one of my earlier posts, June 28:
This is just as I would expect. Many of the MADdites also love Pahoran. You and Pahoran are their court jesters, who say what they would love to say themselves, but probity stops them.

That's another reason I enjoy your demonstrations of vulgarity. It's more than a demonstration of your personal character, it really does reflect something about the frustration internet Mormons experience, that builds until it pops like a pustule. In fact, you and Pahoran are the pustules. The way you relish and glory in your vulgarity, along with the silent enjoyment of many believers, is the infection gone wild.

See? I can use figurative language, too.

Bring it on, baby. Fruits. More fruits.

The reason this is Will Schryver's favorite message board is because here he can finally let his true self loose.

Over on MA&D, he has to keep his real self under wraps, but not here.
"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"

I guess he's lucky our trailer park isn't a gated community. We still let in the riff-raff.

beastlie:

I think people should know that Mormons aren't morally superior, and, in fact, give into base impulses about as frequently as anyone else.

Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding! It's a red letter day. beastlie and I are in accord.

That's what I love about the GSTP. When it comes to riffraff, you guys are paragons of hospitality. A quick glance at the member list will confirm that.

Paraphrasing Groucho Marx, I wouldn't want to be part of any club that would have me (or The Dude) as a member. ;-)

For some reason, this incident comes to mind: Some years ago, on my way to work, I was driving in brutal California traffic, when some assbite cut me off. Being a young (at the time) brash individual, I promptly stuck my hand out the window and flipped the idiot driver off.

When I got to work, I parked next to a car that looked familiar - it was the jerk from the freeway. To my embarrassment, a co-worker got out of the car. I sheepishly said hi, and hoped that he didn't make the connection between me and the bird I flew on the road.

Why was I embarrassed? Well, had I known that the driver in the car was a co-worker, I wouldn't have flipped him off. I probably would have used my manners. But, thinking it was some dumbass that I'd never see again, I did something stupid. At least it wasn't my boss, eh?

Take from this what you will.

Will,

The only apologist I'm aware of who's qualified to correct grammar is Pahoran. You're still nipping at the heels of Coggins, in fact, sometimes I wonder if you and he are the same person.

My interpretations of what you've written is accurate as you've made no attempts at nuance and everyone here can read plain English. There is no point in debating it.

You've told us a lot about the personal traits of the FARMS crowd. It's really shocking one of their own would accidentally sell them out like that.
Lou Midgley 08/20/2020: "...meat wad," and "cockroach" are pithy descriptions of human beings used by gemli? They were not fashioned by Professor Peterson.

LM 11/23/2018: one can explain away the soul of human beings...as...a Meat Unit, to use Professor Peterson's clever derogatory description of gemli's ideology.

Well, from what I can see on the Internet, Bill coaches baseball. That's good. Kids need coaches, and I find that admirable. Judging from the pictures I'm not sure I would be throwing stones in a glass house, but that's on him.

Here's the deal with Bill:

He's a disenfranchised white male. He's overweight. He's slightly over-the-hill. He's of average intellect like most of us. He lives in Cedar City, UT. And he's pissed. He's pissed about the way he looks. He's pissed about where this country is headed. He's pissed about his marriage. He's pissed about his job. This man is pissed.

And so... There you have it. He's here having his Tourettes moments, safely pushing his aggressive energy around the Internet. 'Cause... You know... He's pissed.

Bill,

You live in a small corner of the desert. You live is a nothing town. This is your thing. You're going to see this through until you die. And then the Great Big World is going to keep spinning around without you.

But by all means... Keep yelling, coach.

beastie wrote:I conclude that some of you simply over-estimate Will. He is a fundamentalist at heart. People who criticize The One True Church are, by definition, the "worst of the worst", motivated by dark impulses founded in Satan. Posters can be practically impeccable in their language and politeness, (look at some on his list, and remember how he attacked runtu), and still be "the worst of the worst". So Will's vulgarity and crudity are justified in his eyes, and in the eyes of his fans. He is, after all, fighting Satan. Children, this is your brain on Mormonism.

The rest of us have the satisfaction of knowing his behavior will likely be considered a black mark on Mormonism (fruits) by those on the fence or "gentile". That is exactly why I hope people like Will and Pahoran continue as they are, and why I hope they continue to give into their vanity and brag about all their fans. I think people should know that Mormons aren't morally superior, and, in fact, give into base impulses about as frequently as anyone else. In other words - religion doesn't do a darn bit of good as far as shaping moral character. (::cough, requisite inhibitor, cough:::)

Keep it up, Will! Good work!!

I doubt seriously that Will is really respected in the MADB community for this behavior. He may get a few high fives, but deep down, the most sensible TBMs (of which there are many) are put off by such behavior. Will is a net loser here. He just doesn't know it yet.

I'd say this is a pretty accurate assessment.
