No, I was pretty much stating a fact here. You don't here within the Church much how much of a liability President Packer is and how much he's damaging the Church. Those outside the Church generally don't care and have no idea who Packer is. So Packer is damaging the Church in the eyes of apostates who have left it anyways. Who the hell cares?

I believe the idea is that Boyd has damaged many testimonies, creating many antis. Not necessarily that he is known outside of the Church. His damage is that of internal corruption.
