For the Atheists-What kind of God would you accept?

Seriously, though, after reading a book about the evolutionary utility of beauty ("Survival of the Prettiest", a great read), I did some internet research on the science of beauty. Beauty is mainly facial symmetry, apparently, which artists have understood for a long time. In fact, they came up with an actual formula (face mapping) http://www.beautyanalysis.com/index2_mba.htm
to determine it. I can't remember if it was on this site or another one, but Halle Berry's face was perfect. Even across racial lines - give her white skin, oriental skin, it didn't matter - her face could fit any race and she was still stunningly beautiful.

Of course, in reality, sometimes we like something just a bit "off", but still well within the parameters.

Anyway, this is a serious derail, but I couldn't help it with the Halle trigger.

LOL! Halle is the epitome of female beauty, in my opinion. And that pretty much disproves the existence of God - would any god be so cruel as to create a woman who is the epitome of female beauty, leading every other female on the planet to have an inferiority complex? Nay, I say, nay!

Actually the only proof that there is a God, is a plain (or ugly!!) women that has been blessed with a well endowed body.

I know people are atheists for many different reasons, but I would venture to believe that a part of those reasons is the behavior that has been assigned to God in scripture and what people have claimed about Him/Her/It. He is too harsh, too violent, not consistent, doesn't intervene (in ways we can discern) in the worlds evils, etc.

So what kind of God would you accept? I'm just curious about this, not trying to make some underlying point. Would he need to be visible all the time? Would he have to be perfect and all powerful? Would he have to solve every problem you had when you asked? Could no one starve or kill or hurt others because he would stop it immediately? Would he be a person, a force or essence, or something else? Would he adapt to different kinds of people or would he change depending on cultures.

What sort of system could you bring yourself to believe in?

I could believe in a God who actually existed and who provided reasonable, objectively verifiable evidence of his existence.

I don't disbelieve in God because I don't like him/her, but because I see no objectively verifiable evidence for his/her existence.

If God existed, and if he/she provided objectively verifiable evidence of his/her existence, I would be happy to believe, regardless if the God is the genocidal bastard of the Old Testament.

That theory is ridiculous on so many levels. Try applying it to anything else and you will see what I mean.
