Just wondering, but why did it take you six years to figure this out?

Love.

My wife were captured while I was on a .. er .. um .. call it mission (the army has its own sacred things) .
I DID want to take sides with her.
I have tried it hard, to fit in Mormonism. Anyway, I learned to simulate in socialism. It is a good school before Mormonism.

It didn't work.
When members said I were a good Mormon, I anwered as a laconian " I were ".

You know, the laconians (spartans) was well known for the brevity of their speech. One time they were assaulted and the enemy send them a message
- If you don't capitulate, we will destroy your town and we will kill everybody.
They answered
- If.

- To assert that the earth revolves around the sun is as erroneous as to claim that Jesus was not born of a virgin. - Cardinal Bellarmine at the trial of Galilei

I'm not an apostate either. To be an apostate, you had to have believed it at some point (past the age of reason, anyway).
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.

LOL!

Please tell me you've seen them in concert, too!

I actually saw Warrant last summer at Rocklahoma.

Goodness, they were awful! (As were Poison, Ratt, and the other numerous 80's hair bands that performed.)

Ah, 80's power ballads. We didn't know what we had 'till it was gone, did we, Scottie?

Hey, lets dance!

Like at church dances...two goobers shuffling slowly in circles, a Book of Mormon width apart...

Fun times.
