Porter,

So then Gaz, in a nutshell you are saying that many people need religion to keep them good, moral, ethical fellow humans?

And you are one of these people who would be lost without the rigid structure of religion?

I would say that yes, people need religion to instruct them on how to act and behave. The name of Christ gives people a sence of identity and purpose, and a goal to reach for in their character.

As for myself, I am glad I have the moral compass of the Holy Ghost to instruct me. Although I have never even tasted Alcohol, I have a strong impression that I'd be an ugly drunk.

Yet, a bit scatterbrained and ditzy. ... ....
