Anyone who's ever been to Manit will wonder, why do they even need restrooms there? lol.

Not only will they not drink any mild drinks made from barley, but most are such tightwads, that they will not patronize the street vendors for (any)drinks.

I think it was very wrong not to allow anyone who had to go #1 or #2 to use the restroom. Doubly wrong on Temple grounds.

"Christian" or not, if you are trespassing you get escorted off or arrested. Go to the gas station and take a whiz. Or go to the Polyg temple and see if they let you in.

IF you can get into the "gas station whizzer". Me thinks this denial of facility use might be a typical LDS power-play. I think that cuz way back in the '60s, in Rexburg Idaho, I encounterd my first ever sign, "Wash room for Customers Only!" This was at a gas-station. I was shocked. In what I had been led to believe was a nice Mormon community??!! YIKES!

In my compassionate country ;-) there must be proven damage to property before trespassing charges stick. Ya gotta go? Then "go" right there, on the spot. Bladders and bowels are not respectors of time or place...

I'm with mok, such pettiness does not display the right spirit...

So I guess you can't read worth a damn and missed where I said "If theses twinkies can prove religious discrimination in a court of law good for them". In any case it doesn't matter if who it happened to, they were on private property and the own/s of the property decided they couldn't use the restroom and needed to leave the premises. So basically the people in the video are screwed. If you pulled your head out of your ass for five seconds and stop getting indignant about it you'd understand that.

Yeah, any guy who'd throw over tables, martyr himself, and be lengendary for controlling nature I doubt would hesitate to answer nature under those circumstances cuz some functionary said, "you can't do that." Jesus' fame stemmed from flaunting the authority of functionaries. He got the gonads...

I have no problem wit this whatsoever. If someone came to my private property to harass me, and the had the temerity to ask to use my restroom, I'd tell him to F*** off.

I think that the pageant organizers were well within their rights and acted appropriately. They have to moral or other obligation to be accommodating to people who are vocally harassing them.

While I agree with you Guy, wouldn't you have to admit though that these kinds of incidents just prove that Mormons don't really follow the teachings of Jesus? What happened to "Do good to them that despitefully use you" and all that?

Sure, It's impractical, but I'm not the one insisting everyone recognize me as a devout follower of the guy who came up with those lines and made them the high point of his teachings.
