I reactivated your "harmony" account. If it still doesn't work, please let me know.
And please don't register any more alternate accounts. I don't want our membership numbers to appear inflated.

*blink*
How else was I supposed to get the harmony account reactivated? I tried ESP and that didn't work. Neither did prayer. I did what I thought would work.

Weird. You're not using the same e-mail address for both accounts, and both accounts are flagged as "active."
Are you logging off from "msharmony," or are you bringing up another browser window and attempting to log in using "harmony," thus attempting to be logged into two accounts at the same time?
If not, then log off from "msharmony," then go into "Tools" --> "Internet Options" and then delete all your cookies. Then try logging in under "harmony."
If that doesn't work, I can delete the "msharmony" account and hope that that allows you to log in as "harmony."

ACK! Do not delete the account that works until the nonworking account works. Or something.
I logged out of msharmony and tried to log in as harmony. It won't let me.
Delete all my cookies? ummm... wont' that like... delete all of my cookies? I have some cookies I really need on this computer... like automatic logging onto my agency website... you know... those important job-related things?

Ahh, okay. I'll switch the "harmony" e-mail over to what you have entered in for "msharmony."
(I assume that's what you want, right?)
