Split from Antishocks Godhood thread

Ray can start a thread if he's moved to do so. I don't wish to derail this thread either. There was just something in KA's remarks that didn't sit well with me. I doubt that she honestly intended to be critical...but it felt that way when I read it.

You know, from almost day one, I was reminded that "you're not one of us". Neither is Moniker. Moniker made godhood a second time and so far as I can tell, she wasn't announced on this board for that. What does that tell you? Inspite of that personal slight, she was willing to sacrificially support antishock8 on his godhood and inspite of the monkey's untimely death, I was willing to join her in this community effort.

That's okay. I totally get it.

No big deal about not having a God thread. Yet, thanks Jersey.

We only give 1 godhood thread per known user. Moniker's previous user got a Godhood thread, so Moniker won't.

Droopy will not get one. Belial, if he ever reaches godhood, will not get one. Boaz and Lydia did not get one.

As for KA, I re-read what she posted, and I didn't sense ANY kind of criticism. You are being oversensitive, Jersey Girl.

There was no criticism at all intended by my prior post, and I'm sorry that it was received as critical.

My point was simply that, as best I could recall, there was no injustice done to Antishock by the board moderators. The mods didn't ignore his accomplishment or overlook it. There was a Godhood thread created for him, but, unfortunately, it disappeared along with all threads and posts made within a certain time frame prior to the board reconfiguration.

It's nice that he has a new Godhood thread now. And as I said earlier: Congratulations to Antishock8!

I won't derail this thread further.

Just looking in here for the first time today. I'll work my way down the thread and see if any comments are needed on my part and I'll address the "oversensitive" thing in a bit.

Boaz and Lydia DID get a second godhood announcement.

Now, let me continue on.

Editing: I see no other posts here that warrant a response from me. Let me explain a few things. My beginning posts regarding KA's remarks and the "hurt" comments were totally facetious on my part. Did you guys not read the "restoration of all things" remark? However, a couple of other issues came up in my exchanges with Ray A. and ultimately, both Ray and I realized we were derailing antishock8's restored godhood announcement.
