I would have to disagree. Conservatives are the same as they have been for several generations at least. The Republican Party, however, is no longer the home of conservatism. The conservative intellectual and literary world is alive and well; in fact I'd say healthier than its ever been.

You mean the kay report that says Saddam was retaining the ability to research and develope such things against when the UN would finally drop scantions against him? The same Kay report that concluded that the reason why Saddam wanted those capabilities was because Iran was still across his boarder and still the biggest threat to Iraq he had to worry about and not to use such capabilities to threaten the US or our allies in the region?

Yeah, same Kay report I was talking about. The one that concluded that Saddam wasn't stockpiling anything, wasn't producing anything, and wasn't a threat to us.
