Death threats are certainly actionable offenses, and I have already told you in no uncertain terms that I don't appreciate you making jokes like this. I'm seriously going to consider passing along your behavior to my attorney.

I've never threatened to murder you. I've never threatened, even, to murder "Mister Scratch," whoever and wherever he or she is. Heck, I haven't even threatened to murder Master Scartch. On the contrary, I've expressly and explicitly and, now, repeatedly denied harboring even the slightest homicidal intent toward anybody at all, let alone against a pseudonymous internet poster whose identity and whereabouts are wholly unknown to me. And anyone actually familiar with my placid and ironic personality won't take your claim at all seriously that I'm a would-be murderer.

He acknowledged that you were able to see all of the evidence in the printed review by reading it after hearing about the "butthead" joke? Perhaps we are talking past one another. Your earlier comments made it seem as though you had read the printed review in question and saw evidence of the butthead thing.

Instead, as you pointed out, you saw it discussed elsewhere, as I suspected and noted to Gad above.

The thing is, you have a very weak case, seeing as how you are an anonymous Internet non-entity called "scartch." It is very difficult to kill those. Essentially, you have no case.

The Brackite now really wishes that Mister Scratch and DCP, could get along quite a bit better with each other. The Brackite likes both Mister Scratch and DCP. Maybe sometime in the far future, the three of us can have a nice dinner together. That sounds like it will be a Great idea for sometime, into the distance future.
