What the heck is the fascination with Daniel Peterson?

I mean, is posting insults to or about Daniel, supposed to mean something? Do posters who do so, think they've landed a punch for the "team" (read:herd) or something?

I totally understand John's frustration.

But in the scheme of things Dan and the pimply Nehor don't mean squat to me. They are just background noise to another wise decent board and that is exactly their goal.... to be static.
