Demogue-crat Esteban from exmo-social:

Seriously. The whole thing about loving this horrific bitch is beyond me. I think Biden is obviously WAY more qualified than this uneducated, controlling dog with lip stick. Her tactics as Governor should make people see what type of person she is. Rep's are blind. But like I said, it's all they've got.

You know, for all the homophobic, misogynistic, border-line racist and violent crap that you posted on ExMo-Social over the years, (ya know, the stuff that got you banned multiple times) you are displaying just a breathtaking level of hypocrisy here, AS8. You're attempting to hold people to a standard I know for a fact you don't hold yourself to.

The people here might not know your history and posting style, and you may be able to succesfully pull the wool over their eyes. But for someone who was a lot more years under my belt of knowing what you have posted previously, your little song and dance concern-trolling over here is laughable.

You have a lot of chutzpah to attack Este right now, considering what you posted about him over this last winter. You know, the violent, homophobic ranting & revealing REAL names that caused over a dozen people to IM me pleading for your immediate banning.

Remember that?

Hypocrisy, man. Straight up hypocrisy.

by the way, I find it very amusing to see how you have edited, cherry-picked and outright distorted a number of posts to make your "points." It's real easy to try to paint ExMoSo as this haven of wacky liberalism when you have conveniently ignored the more moderate and conservative posters and posts. But those really don't play in to your thesis, do they? No need to mention them, right? Nah......

Context? What's that?

I figured I'd isolate this one line. It's not just untrue, but it was corrected by its own sources almost immediately after it floated out into the Republican talking points list. It's one of the more obvious demonstrations that Kevin G. just buys Republican talking points hook like and sinker and regurgitates them.

Oh sorry, the Chinese are exploring and planning to drill off our coastline, whereas we have absolutely no plans to do so because the liberal left thinks that by paying $5/gallon, that they are saving the planet.

My point still stands. It is dumb not to take advantage of our own resources and remain a slave to Saudi Arabia. For crying out loud, one of the reasons we bought Alaska was because it was rich in oil. And now we can't cash in on it because of the liberal cry babies who are ignorant about polar bears, etc.

Now, is anyone going to address Obama's idiotic remark about tire inflation saving us as much as "all the drilling"?

Moose are stupid looking, and who wants bears you can't see in the snow? I want to see those bastards when they are coming at me!

1) For someone who has posted and who has allowed the vile, racist, sexist, misogynistic rantings of clearly angry people you're not in the position to judge me, and to declare what is and what isn't acceptable levels of bigotry.

2) I, for one, have never set a bar for everyone else that they can or cannot say these things. It is you and your ilk that supposedly are progressive, but it's funny how angry, vile, bigoted, and manipulative you can be. For example, you yourself have essentially created an echo chamber on exmo-social because you didn't like gettting your feelings hurt.

3) Esteban is a bigot who doesn't mind spreading rumors about people that just aren't true. So, I'm not really that concerned with hurting his feelings. Also, he has put his real name on exmo-social in the past, repeatedly, on exmormon.org, and other various places. Other people have referred to him by real name. So, basically, this is simply a justification by you and your echo chamber to get rid of a dissenting voice on your "open-minded, tolerant, and diverse" social board.

4) There's not a lot of "context" when calling someone "white trash", or the various other names, insinuations, ad homs, and distortions that you people have levied against a good woman who is simply serving in the manner that she thinks best. I recommend attacking her political decisions or ideology, not her personally. Not a lot of "context" to that.

5) Frankly, I think you're a hypocrit. I also think you're a know-nothing crap talking kid who thinks he knows about the world, but you know about *this* much about reality. Ditch your lilly white digs in SLC, and come to the South. Live with me in my city where it's 36% Black, and 12% Latino. Come live with me in my neighborhood, where I have three black neighbors, one Latino neighbor, and one Asian-Pacific neighbor. Then have the balls to tell me that I'm racist, or harbor some inherent hate for others because I simply don't think like you do. You're the hypocrit because you seclude yourself away from all the diversity that you think is so fuckin' wonderful. I actually live it. THAT is context, for ya.

6) If you really knew me, and paid attention to my posts you would know that I'm a supporter of equal rights for our gay citizens. What you mistake, though, for bigotry is that I feel just as comfortable to like them or dislike them just as they do to us. I also don't mind insulting them if they insult me. THAT is true equality, where one doesn't view the other as someone who has to be handled differently. You're the true bigot, because you give special status, in your mind, to others who aren't like you in appearance and thus aren't true to yourself and how you act. Me? I act the same toward a Gay as I would toward Whitey. Everyone is equal in my book. Too bad you don't actually live what you preach.

Shame on you.

Another "out of context" fully contextualized quote from their resident bigot:

Code: Select all

No one's running from this stupid bitch. She wants to set this country back 100 years. Do you see Obama running from her? Do you see Biden running from her? I cannot believe you said the words "running scared". Wake the “F” up. No one's running away from this uneducated bully. You will see soon enough that she comes off looking like some unethical bimbo mantoy. Bush is writing her speeches. She a puppet, not a maverick. She's Rove's new plaything.

I was shocked too at exmo-social

Post by _degaston »

I have to agree with AS8 that the initial reaction of many posters at exmo-social.com to Governor Palin being selected as McCain's running mate was very shocking. The tirades there were disgusting, vile and full of prejudice on many levels. Did any of them bother to study up on her record first? Or listen to any of her debates with Knowles, Murkowski and others when she ran for governor of Alaska? Or research how she's done in Alaska public opinion polls? She's one of the most popular governors in the country with approval ratings in the 80s. That's why the conservative bloggers have been rating her very high as a possible running mate for McCain for several months. That's why she was one of the top ranked possibilities on intrade.com.

Will I vote for McCain/Palin? I don't know. After 2 bad nuts in a row for 16 years in Clinton/Bush I don't trust politicians. For starts both of these 2-term presidents really blew it by declaring war in Kosovo and Iraq when they should've called for emergency sessions of Congress to decide the matter. They setup a precedent that MUST be turned around NOW. Have either McCain or Obama spoken out about this Constitutional problem? The reason why the founders gave Congress the power to declare war was that they didn't want to have a dictator/king taking the country to war unilaterally. Well that's what we're getting now. Sure the President is commander-in-chief. But the President shouldn't have unlimited war making powers. And I won't be voting for anyone who doesn't articulate that they understand and firmly support this basic Constitutional principle.

Ok. Now the world has gone completely crazy. A Los Angeles based (had to edit that) feminist comes out for Governor Palin:

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.c ... 12NP3M.DTL

In the shadow of the blatant and truly stunning sexism launched against the Hillary Rodham Clinton presidential campaign, and as a pro-choice feminist, I wasn't the only one thrilled to hear Republican John McCain announce Gov. Sarah Palin as his running mate. For the GOP, she bridges for conservatives and independents what I term "the enthusiasm gap" for the ticket. For Democrats, she offers something even more compelling - a chance to vote for a someone who is her own woman, and who represents a party that, while we don't agree on all the issues, at least respects women enough to take them seriously.

Whether we have a D, R or an "i for independent" after our names, women share a different life experience from men, and we bring that difference to the choices we make and the decisions we come to. Having a woman in the White House, and not as The Spouse, is a change whose time has come, despite the fact that some Democratic Party leaders have decided otherwise. But with the Palin nomination, maybe they'll realize it's not up to them any longer.

I wonder how long before someone like you would find on exmo-social begins to call this woman a traitor, whore, slut, bitch.. etc..? Oh, and before someone like Etienne accuses her of hating gay people, she herself is homosexual.

Go figure. :D
