Oh I think you just have to get to know him a little better.
JustMe, as a person I like Kerry. His humour is infections. I've always seen him as a kind of "Robin Williams" of Mormonism. But when it comes to distinguishing between humour and "Book of Mormon historical evidences", it's hard to distinguish between the two.

I'll pass that onto him as I have time. That is, if it is alright with you. I don't want to share what shouldn't be shared.

Regarding your full of crap assertion, Ray. There have been quite a few posts on this board regarding Kerry's videos and almost none of the threads and virtually none of the responses had anything to do with his topical videos.
In the above post, you refer to evidences, however you aren't being specific. Is there a specific set of evidences, assertions and/or conclusions that Kerry reaches that you disagree with?
Not meaning to derail this already derailed thread.

That's fine with me. I'll even post some of Kerry's You Tube videos where he makes the argument that diffusionism = Book of Mormon historically true. And that the Book of Mormon is "way ahead of science". Frankly, I see Jack West re-incarnated. The videos are designed to appeal on an emotional level, and probably succeeds to some degree. It would appeal to people who don't know the facts, and need solid rocket boosters to maintain literal faith. The problem is that much of apologetics is based on appealing to emotion by theatrics, and Kerry does this very well, because any informed person knows that he's sustaining arguments that were demolished years ago.

If you post regarding those videos, could you do them in sequence? They are posted on his website in a series format.

I will tell him he isn't all that popular after all. It will do him some good, he needs to be humbled.

He just needs a severe reality check. Emotion and rhetoric establish nothing. A greenie missionary or new convert might find great appeal in Kerry's videos, but those who go on to examine the "fine print" will end up on RFM. As sure as day follows night. It isn't the "antis" who take them there - it's Mormon apologetics. You see, you need to stop apologising for a book that is clearly pseudepigrapha and claiming that it's "history". And until you do that, we're going to see more spin that a Hoover spin dryer at full speed.

Not really. I am just trying to figure out when I want it to be known who I am around here. Trust me, once you get to my website you'll know who I am. And then, of course, we shall see the ad-hominims arive! lol.......
Kerry,
I think you're website is the perfect media for you in presenting your ideas. I like that you read directly from the sources you use, cite them and contrary to what some have said on this board, I think your intent is better perceived on video.
And don't worry about the ad hom's. This girl returns fire like all hell!
