LOL. The notion seems to be that my salary soared $20,000.00 annually because I was chairman of the FARMS board, but that I was completely unaware of it.

You must make considerably more money than I do to imagine that such a thing is plausible.

I can't explain your being oblivious to it, but the Form 990 says what it says.

If what you did after you discovered GoodK's true identity is "evidence," then it's pretty strong.

Let he who is blameless cast the first stone.

Good grief, the obsession with Things Daniel here is getting worse and worse.

For pete's sake, find a different obsession! This incessant Damn Daniel drumbeat is just stupid. We get it: you don't like him; you think he's dishonest; you think he's scum! We... get... it! Your opinion isn't going to change, but can we please go back to trashing FARMS and FROB, instead of it's editor? To exposing Joseph Smith and Brigham Young and the church in general? Back to when the board was fun?

Unable to provide relevant evidence, Mini-Scartch deftly executes an evasive manuever and reaches into his bag of well-worn falsehoods for a pseudo-response:

The Scartch Goes On

The beat goes on, the beat goes on.
Drums keep pounding a rhythm to the brain.
La de da de de, la de da de da.

Smearing Quinn was once the rage, uh huh.
But Scartch's mind has turned a page, uh huh.
My $20K's the current thing, uh huh.
The IRS is our newborn king, uh huh.

The beat goes on, the beat goes on.
Drums keep pounding a rhythm to the brain.
La de da de de, la de da de da.

Homicide's my secret urge, uh huh.
History's facts require my purge, uh huh.
An anti-Semite who has it in for Jews,
An anti-black whose heart has seen no use!

The beat goes on, the beat goes on.
Drums keep pounding a rhythm to the brain.
La de da de de, la de da de da.

Families are my favorite prey, uh huh.
Lies and hate are my chosen way, uh huh.
Scholarship's a foreign thing to me.
Decent people see me and they flee.

The beat goes on, the beat goes on.
Drums keep pounding a rhythm to the brain.
La de da de de, la de da de da.

You have Droppy's covers totally beat.

Thanks, Harm! You have just given me my new signature. Forgive me for having to shorten it slightly to fit it into the 300 character limitation.

I seem to have a strange and very powerful effect on a certain distinct minority of the population.

Significantly, Scartcholepsy is also sometimes called DCP Derangement Syndrome.

Maybe I should carry a warning label.

I wonder if there's a genetic predisposition to the illness.

Are *you* now going to apologize and concede that, in fact, you have not "proved" that the $20,000 was paid to BYU? Because, I have maintained all along, aside from DCP's "testimonial," there is no evidence that this happened.

I will concede that Dan Peterson testified that the 20k was not paid to him but rather to BYU. His word is good enough for me. If this is the case then the 990 was fine. But he could be lying through his teeth. Somehow though I doubt he is.

As for Rollo's questions if there are questions on the 990 that ask if a payment for the chairman's time was made to another organization I did not note that and would need to explore the form further. I will do so when I have some time.

That's not how I read Part VIII of the 1998 Form 990. Any type of sharing arrangement between FARMS and BYU had to be reported, but there's a big "No" instead.

I am not sure what you refer to. Below is Part VIII of the 1998 Form 990. It has no question what so ever:
Part VIII
Relationship of Activities to the Accomplishment of Exempt Purposes (See Specific Instructions on page 26.)Explain how each activity for which income is reported in column (E) of Part VII contributed importantly to the accomplishment of the organization’s exempt purposes (other than by providing funds for such purposes).

This section is an explanation of donation section. No questions. There are questions in Part VI but I see nothing like the question you describe. How about you provide the question for us and where is is found on the 990. I don't see it.
