Please, Mr. Peterson.

1) Explain to everyone on the board whether the plates where leafy little things that could be easily transported, or a heavy metallic object weighing between 40-200 lbs.

2) If they were a metallic object that weighed between 40-200 lbs, please explain to everyone how someone could tuck them under his arm while wrapped in a linen frock, traverse the distance Mr. Smith said he traversed, fight off 3 attackers, etc..

3) Explain where the stone box is that held the plates.

There is no way the plates were "leafy little things", as Emma's description implies. There was writing on both sides of the plates, which requires a certain base depth in order not to tear the material or have the negative imprint show up on the opposite side.

Exactly antishock. Instead of replying to me and saying something like 'marg, no I'm not kidding this is the sort of evidence I'm referring to' and then give some of what that good evidence is...he instead resorts to ad hom. Previously on this thread I asked what people claimed to have seen the plates, not with spiritual eyes, not with atypical eyes and no one answered. I did a search and couldn't come up with anyone seeing them. Apparently the plates were hidden under a cloth, or some people said they saw them with "spiritual eyes." And even at the beginning of ;the Book of Mormon the witness statements were written by J Smith.

Now I noticed in previous post that Neo asks DCP: "Are you saying then that the plates were present but the witnesses just did not see them?"

And DCP replies: "There were real plates, but the witnesses typically didn't see them."

Why would DCP use the word "typical" , because he's sly for one thing and possibly because he doesn't want to say "spiritual".

So from what I can see few people back then, if any saw with normal, typical eyesight those alleged metal plates. And then we have J. Smith telling stories about laying these plates on the ground and looking away and then they disappear. And another story about some dead man taking them away up to some heaven.

Give me a break, there is no good evidence for the plates. And frankly DCP I'd rather be ignorant and yet be able to sort out B.S. than to be an arrogant gullbile well educated idiot like you which you must be if you aren't joking about there being good evidence for those alleged plates.

Next time you change your car battery, before you return it to Checker/Kragen/Schucks for the core charge return, wrap it in a towel and take a sprint and see how far you get. Hell, see if you can run it down to the auto parts store!
