No, Scratch is not a Mod.

This is the Mod List:

Liz(yours truly)
Scottie
Shades
Keene

Shades and Keene have Administrator Status, so they have abilities that Scottie and I don't have access to, such as deleting members, changing the design of the site, etc.

Scottie and I have the ability to edit and/or delete posts, split, delete, and move threads, and track IP addresses.

More accurately: Big girls are the devil! Little girls are simply mischief wrapped up in giggles.
