Voted neither.
If there's one thing I've learned from this board, it's that consensual sex with multiple partners is okay unless God commands it. - Abman
I find this place to be hostile toward all brands of stupidity. That's why I like it. - Some Schmo

Because too many people complained about there being a lack of options, or, put another way, the option they wished to select wasn't present.
I strongly believe that people's true feelings--those who care to vote, at least--are FAR better able to be gauged this way.
"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"

Hmmm. Well, at any rate, I have to say that while I have no vested interest in this particular battle, I am greatly impressed by Scratch's integrity, and his willingness to let it all ride in a game of "chicken". I have to say that if he were to lose, and no longer post in the terrestrial forum, it would be the biggest blow to MDB in history.
Lou Midgley 08/20/2020: "...meat wad," and "cockroach" are pithy descriptions of human beings used by gemli? They were not fashioned by Professor Peterson.
LM 11/23/2018: one can explain away the soul of human beings...as...a Meat Unit, to use Professor Peterson's clever derogatory description of gemli's ideology.

That that may well be true is both fascinating and revealing.
I've begun to realize that "Mister Scratch" probably does incarnate the essential character of this board.

I don't know that I would call Scratch THE character, but he certainly is A character, and a rather amusing one, at times.
Frankly, so is Jersey Girl....and so are you! :)

I cannot tell you how disappointing I find this statement.
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

Let's face it, boards are also about entertainment. Look at how fast this thread has got to nearly 338 views, and by the time I finish this post it will still be climbing. We must have some "interesting" lurkers, because there's no way it would reach that count that fast by the number of posters here.

Dan, you're wrong. The "essential character" of this board is made up of a conflict of opinions and beliefs. I would not be posting here if no Mormons posted here. I've already stated my aversion to "exmo boards", and I refuse to post on any of them, and so do many others who've expressed a similar dislike of "controlling" exmo boards.
The day the Mormons leave this board - I go with them.

Nor can I.
And, though I recognize that there are disparate voices here, the fact that "Mister Scratch" seems to gather such support among the handful of regular posters here is, I think, significant.
